Savy’s Boho Princess Room

Okay, so this definitely took way longer than I anticipated, but thats nothing new around here! Savy’s boho princess room is finally (can I really say it?) DONE! I wanted to get it just right before sharing it with you all (because I’m a perfectionist in that way) and after making the major changes, things just weren’t exactly where I wanted them to be. I just kept looking at it like…but would I pin this on pinterest? LOL. It was just missing those little details that pulled it all together. So, after weeks of staring at the walls, I think I got it right, and I hope you guys love it as much I do. Savy loves it too, I guess I should point that out considering it is her room. 😉 I’ve included the links below to shop my favorites from her room!

So let’s start with her new big girl bed!

I can honestly say the transition from crib to toddler bed has been my least favorite milestone/transistion of all. It took us weeks and weeks and trying every trick in the book to keep her from sneaking out of her room, or just getting up and playing with her toys. We would be laying in bed listening to her sing to her stuffed animals into the wee hours of the night. Finally something clicked and for the most part we are in the clear!

But back to the bed details. I had originally got all of her bedding from restoration hardware kids and the curtains to match, so when I found this comforter that matches her curtains PERFECTLY, it was such a win. It’s crazy how much they match but I’m so stoked about it. Their toddler bedding is so cute and good quality! And now she has her very own little pillow and it just makes me think when the heck did she grow up?!? Another favorite on her bed are the stuffed animals! Jellycat stuffed animals are the best. I’ve linked everything below to make it super easy for you guys. They’re the softest and come in basically every animal you can think of. Everything around here is unicorns these days so thats obviously her favorite one 🙂

Do I really even need to write anything on it? I’m 100% obsessed and if your not then what planet are you from? Just kidding, but seriously its a mini version of what I want in my own kitchen! After much research and having the hardest time finding one of these babies, I finally found this one for way cheaper than others I had seen online. I also realized that Australia has way better options for baby/kids room supplies and decor, what the heck U.S?

The swing that everyone talks about and every mommy should own.

I got this gorgeous swing a while back actually and just could not figure out where to put it. I didn’t want to put it outside because I didn’t want to take the chance of ruining it, and I thought putting a swing inside might be weird? But nope, i’s not weird, its awesome. And Savy thinks its the greatest thing in the world that she has a swing in her room. A lot of the time before the kids’ bedtime we’ll hang out in her room and her and Hunter will take turns in the swing. Cutest thing ever btw watching her gently push Hunter until he’s grinning ear to ear.
